Refund Policy

VLB Logistics is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our logistics services. Our standard refund window is 30 days from the date of service.

1. Eligible Cases

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service Not Delivered: If VLB Logistics fails to perform the confirmed service without prior communication or rescheduling.
  • Significant Delay: If a delivery exceeds the agreed-upon timeframe by more than 48 hours due to our operational failure, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded promptly.
  • Service Not as Described: If the service delivered materially differs from what was confirmed and agreed upon.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at info@vlblogistics.com or call (813) 742-0198 within 30 days of the service date.
  • Provide your service reference number, the date of service, and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, processing times are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days for the refund to be completed.
  • Check: 10-15 business days for mailing and processing.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Services completed as confirmed with no documented issues.
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, road closures, or client-side delays.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the service date.
  • Cancellations that fall under the cancellation fee policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Damage to items that were not properly packaged by the client, as outlined in client responsibilities.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund. This may apply when the service was partially completed or when the issue affected only a portion of the overall delivery. Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.
